Buddy Group: Assists and supports women who have made the decision that they will no longer accept violence or abusive behavior.

M.E.N.D. (Men Exploring New Directions) a counseling service for men who are seeking alternative ways in which to address issues of anger, control and power. Voluntary group and meets once a week.

Children's Group: Teaches children on how to be safe, free and strong. Focus is child abuse prevention.
